This may be good news to some.

To change your ways or working and improve your innovation powers, requires more than endorsing sandals and Hawaii shirts in the corporate environment.

It’s about finding news ways of acting that don’t get rejected, but are introduced and developed in a way that builds and leverages from the existing culture.
