It’s not impossible to improve, claims an article in Berlingske Business posted April 27th:

Good companies excel in five areas:

  1. Involving employees in laying out daily tasks
  2. Ability to innovate and deliver new products
  3. Ability to change
  4. Social responsibility and care for employees
  5. Collaborations with suppliers

Also according to the article, the typical Danish company is challenged on the ability to involve employees and the ability to innovate.

Unfortunately just doing what the good do, doesn’t necessarily make you better. The causality is stronger in the other direction …
