Good news! Sandals and Hawaii shirts not required

By on November 27, 2015

This may be good news to some.

To change your ways or working and improve your innovation powers, requires more than endorsing sandals and Hawaii shirts in the corporate environment.

It’s about finding news ways of acting that don’t get rejected, but are introduced and developed in a way that builds and leverages from the existing culture.

Freely interpreted from Thomas Wedell-Wedellsborg, Berlingske Business, December 2015, pp42-43, Har du styr på din innovationsfilosofi? (‘Are you on top of your innovation philosophy?’)

Departing from the established culture and ways of working is a huge risk many companies are facing these days. Be careful not to throw out the baby with the bath water is good old advise more relevant than ever 🙂
